Professor/ Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor Jammu

MIET invites applications for the position of Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor in the various departments. The successful candidate will have a distinguished record of teaching, scholarly research, and service, and will play a key role in advancing the department's academic mission.

Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in your subject area

Develop and deliver course content that is engaging, creative, and aligned with departmental goals and objectives.

Provide mentorship and academic advising to students.

Conduct scholarly research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.

Participate in departmental and university service activities, including committee assignments and academic outreach initiatives.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum and instructional methods.

Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects and initiatives.

Maintain a commitment to career development and staying current in the field.

Requirements

Qualifications:

A Ph.D. in your area of expertise or a related field.

Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.

Evidence of scholarly research and publications, or potential for future research productivity.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative academic setting.
