Job Title : Sales Manager – Event & Wedding Industry (B2C) Location: Jammu (on-site) Industry: Event Management & Decoration Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (based on performance & experience) About The Role We are hiring a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager for a leading event management and décor organization based in Jammu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through wedding, social, and personal event bookings. This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy client interaction, field sales, relationship building, and closing high-value B2C deals in the events, hospitality, luxury, or wedding industry. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert B2C leads for weddings, parties, and personal events
- Handle client inquiries, consultations, and requirement discussions
- Present event packages, décor concepts, and pricing solutions to clients
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct client meetings, venue visits, and regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal design and operations teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and lead tracking reports
- Develop referral networks and local business partnerships
- Upsell and cross-sell event-related services to maximize revenue Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in B2C sales
- Prior experience in event management, weddings, hospitality, luxury retail, or lifestyle services preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Good understanding of customer relationship management and sales conversion
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and local travel Preferred Profile
- Strong local market understanding and networking skills
- Existing connections with venues, planners, or hospitality partners will be an advantage
