Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager (BDM) role based in Jammu. The BDM will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a solid sales pipeline for DEONICS’ technology services. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting potential clients, understanding their IT needs, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions aligned with DEONICS’ offerings. The role involves negotiating contracts, closing deals, and meeting revenue targets while maintaining long-term client relationships. The BDM will collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and that client expectations are clearly communicated and met. Regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights will also be required. Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in IT services, software, or related technology domains.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Ability to understand and articulate solutions related to software development, web/app development, cloud services, and cybersecurity in business terms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
