Talent Acquisition Intern (Jammu)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and non-IT roles. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Post job openings on hiring platforms
- Support recruitment operations and employer branding activities
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- MBA/HR students or recent graduates preferred. Internship Details:
