Job description The incumbent will be responsible driving the secondary sales and merchandizing by building and developing long term relationships with the retailers. Key Stakeholders: Internal Sales Team, ZHR, CO Key Stakeholders: External Retail Outlets, Distributors Reporting Structure Will report to Area business ManagerExperience 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry Product understanding Negotiation Good local geographical Knowledge Local Language fluency Distributor Management Basic Calculation of retail scheme/ distributor scheme SSC or Equivalent Cover Retail Outlets in the respective territoryAchieve assigned monthly Target Responsible for New Outlet Opening Responsible for New Product Launch Manage Distributor in his assigned area Achieve POB Target on daily Basis Ensure POB execution(secondary) Mobile reporting (Attendance&Sales) on daily basis Responsible for repeat&frequent order from outlets Responsible for merchandising&store branding
