Job description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain all mould in good working order. Scheduling of preventive maintenance of mould as per production schedule requirement. Perform repairs for sudden breakdown. Maintain weight of pail&lid as per standard. Requisition mould spare part and maintain spare inventory. Provide input to production regarding mould status report. EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Required:  High school graduate or higher. Good knowledge of plastic injection mould design. Working knowledge of mould system enclosing.COMMENTS: Hot runner&HR Controller Cooling design&function Hydraulic design&function ancillary equipment controller&sensors. Good knowledge of machine tool operation, Lathe work, Mill work, Surface grinder operation. Excellent problem solving&interpersonal skill. Strong work ethic Experience- 5years to 8 years(Minimum).
