Key Responsibilities

Responsible to Handle the entire gamut of Commercial functions of a manufacturing unit of the company, responsible for Commercial Controls, Budgeting, Costing, MIS and Accounts & Audit, Capex and Fixed Assets Management, Inventory & Scrap Management, FG dispatch, Managing entire unit's commercial and finance operations, Manufacturing cost of products w.r.t. raw material, packing material, power, labour, machine stores and spares, and factory fixed overheads etc., Agreement on Standard Material Wastages budget along with production teams after analysis of previous year performance and previous budgets, Fixed overheads budget preparation and analyzing the same basis planning items defined in the company, Preparation of freight budget along with respective team, Analysis of monthly reports, costing and MIS, Conduct cost audit at manufacturing plants, Analysis of Power, fuel, labour and other data received from units for preparation of cost audit records, Preparation of cost records as per Cost Accounting Standards for the company along with cost auditors, Preparation of cost Audit report and Annexures as per Cost Accounting Standards, Finalization of Cost Audit after discussion with Cost Auditors, Head Mfg. Commercial and CFO. Conducting monthly reviews with factory teams to discuss various MIS, Scorecards, identifying issues and corresponding actions plans, preparing the networking of products to identify the most effective manufacturing strategy so as to minimize both Manufacturing as well as transportation cost, Handling Internal controls for the company at corporate level, Statutory Audit for the Cost and Inventory related issues, Preparation of Tax Audit annexures related to inventory
