- International MarketsExperience: 4+ yearsLocation: On-site (Full-time)Salary: Competitive pay as per industry standards + performance-based incentives.This role is suitable for someone who understands international buyer behavior, can build strong client conversations, and knows how to convert qualified leads into paying clients.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads from international markets through platforms, outreach, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and other sales channels.Identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities in target regions.Handle the complete sales process from prospecting, qualification, pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions such as SEO, paid marketing, web development, app development, branding, or AI automation services.Create and deliver sales pitches, proposals, quotations, and presentations for international prospects.Manage discovery calls and consultation calls with business owners, founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.Work closely with internal teams to understand service capabilities, pricing, delivery timelines, and client expectations.Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms professionally.Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery or account management team.Track sales performance, revenue targets, conversion rates, and monthly pipeline progress.Stay updated on international market trends, competitor positioning, and client demand across digital services.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably with exposure to international markets.Proven experience in end-to-end sales handling, from lead generation to deal closure.Experience selling digital services, IT services, SaaS, marketing services, web development, app development, or similar B2B solutions.Strong understanding of international client communication and sales expectations.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Ability to create strong sales pitches and handle objections confidently.Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, CRM tools, proposal creation, and client follow-ups.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work with revenue targets and sales performance goals.Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience working with clients from the USA, UAE, UK, Canada, Australia, or European markets.Experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, web development, or IT service sales.Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, or similar platforms.Experience working in an agency, IT company, or service-based business.What We Are Looking ForWe need someone who is not only valuable at generating leads but can also own the complete sales journey.
