1. Responsible for the Operation & maintenance of All electrical equipment within & surrounding IDC, including Sub Station & Utilities DRUPS & LT/HT DG sets, HVAC system, etc.
2. PWD License Holder.
3. ITI or NCTVT or Equivalent Passed.
4. Experience of 3 to 5 Years in the field of Operations & Maintenance Facility Management

Responsibilities

• Technical

oMonitoring, Operation & maintenance of

oElectrical system ranging from 11 KV, 6.6 KV & 0.433 KV.

oEmergency Diesel Generator sets ranging from 160 KVA to 3000 KVA.

oDynamic rotary UPS system (DRUPS)

oDG Battery Banks.

oBattery Chargers.

oVarious control system on DG and DRUPS sets.

oHT & LT Panels, PCC Panels, MCC Panels, Power Distribution panels, control system of power panels, Power & Lighting distribution Boards

oProtective relays and protection Systems.

oTransformers Ranging from 12.5 MVA to 2.5 MVA

oHT / LT switch gears - 11 KV /6.6 KV VCBs & 0.433 KV ACBs etc.

oBMS System.

oHVAC System - PACs, Water cooled Centrifugal/Screw Chillers, Primary pumps, Secondary Pumps, Cooling water Pumps, Cooling Tower fans, Motorized control valves, Exhaust Fans, Fresh Air Fans, AHUs, etc.

oWater Leak Detection System,

oVESDA System,

oRodent Repellent System,

oFM 200 System,

oChemical Filters.

oLifts Fright & Passenger, EOT Cranes

oGeneral

oDay to day operations and maintenance of utility equipment

oPreventive Maintenance of Electrical Panels and Other equipment.

oTo record Temperature, Humidity readings in all the shifts.

oTo record the power panel, DG set, UPS readings (e.g.Voltage, Current, PF, KWH, Battery Bank voltage etc.)

oMaintained the daily log sheets.

oTo take DG load trials (On Load &No load trials.)

oTo check battery banks healthiness.

oFiber cable laying and termination with help of IDC System admin.

oPower change over as and when require.

oTo update rack wise reading sheets of power consumption.

oAttend sudden breakdowns in shifts.

oCo-ordinate with chiller house/ DG House & HT Substation technicians /Engineers in case of power failures or any power blackouts.

oTake immediate decision by co-ordination with senior staff in case of major breakdowns.

oPrepare shift information report.

oPreparations of work permits for different activities and maintenance work.

oAny other job as told by Engineer In-charge.
