Employment Type: Full Time (2 Year Contract With Extension Option)

We are seeking experienced and passionate Lead Cricket Coaches to oversee coaching operations at our cricket academy in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on grassroots and player development programs, ensuring high-quality coaching standards and long-term athlete progression.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver structured coaching sessions for grassroots and development-level players.
- Design and implement training programs and skill development pathways.
- Mentor junior coaches and ensure the academy’s coaching philosophy is consistently applied.
- Conduct regular player assessments and provide structured feedback for improvement.
- Plan and manage practice schedules, match preparation, and talent identification.
- Prepare players for domestic and international tournaments.
- Stay updated with the latest cricketing techniques, biomechanics, and performance analysis tools.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach on program improvements and performance tracking.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

Minimum Level 2 Coaching Certification(BCCI / ECB / Cricket Australia or equivalent)

- Proven experience working in a private cricket academy or similar structured environment
- Strong understanding of grassroots and youth development frameworks
- Ability to conduct video analysis and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage groups across different age categories
- Passion for developing young talent and building long-term player pathways
