Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop floor and staff positions Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities of current employees Support payroll processing and salary-related documentation Maintain employee database and personal files Assist in statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, and labor law documentation Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations Coordinate training and employee engagement activities Prepare HR reports and MIS as required Ensure discipline and HR policies are followed within the unit Pay: ₹25,000.00
