With operations across multiple verticals and Distribution as our core strength, we continue to grow by investing in people and technology.We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Administration & Facilities Associate to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities across multiple office locations.The ideal candidate should have experience in administration, hospitality coordination, vendor management, and employee support with a problem-solving approach and positive coordination skills.Key Responsibilities- Manage overall office administration and facility operations- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, pantry, and support staff- Handle vendor management and AMC/service follow-ups- Ensure proper maintenance of office spaces, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas- Oversee office assets, inventory, and stationery management- Maintain Guest hospitality and workplace experience standards- Ensure smooth functioning across multiple office locations- Support management in day-to-day operational activitiesRequirements- 1 to 3 years of experience in Facilities / Hospitality Management / Administration.- Good communication and coordination skills- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities- Basic knowledge of vendor handling and office operations- Proficiency in MS Office and emails- Presentable, responsible, and organized personalityPreferred BackgroundCandidates from hospitality, administration, facility management, or workplace operations background will be preferred.LocationAhmedabadExperience1 to 3 years Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4m2l5t
