Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Section Head Solar Cell Maintenance to lead the end-to-end maintenance of a large-scale solar cell manufacturing facility (10GW capacity). The role demands strong expertise in cell line equipment, high-volume manufacturing, and reliability engineering. Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead complete maintenance function for solar cell division
- Ensure high uptime, equipment reliability & yield optimization
- Implement TPM, SFM, predictive & preventive maintenance systems
- Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality & productivity
- Build and lead a large maintenance workforce (500+)
- Support greenfield ramp-up & SOP standardization
- Optimize shopfloor layout, workflow & process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety & manufacturing standards Mandatory Requirements
- 1830 years experience (minimum 18 yrs)
- Must be from Solar Cell Manufacturing (Cell Line ONLY)
- Experience in complete maintenance of cell division
- Robust exposure to high-tech manufacturing (semiconductor-like environments)
- Leadership experience handling large teams (300500+)
- Age: Max 50 years
- Willingness to relocate to Jamnagar (mandatory) Preferred Background
- Experience in Greenfield Solar Manufacturing Projects
- Exposure to automation-heavy production lines
