- Proficiency in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, and related technical disciplines
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze Construction Drawings
- Experience in Inspection and quality assurance processes within construction projects
- Knowledge in the handling and operational use of Heavy Equipment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
