Renowned for reliability and innovation, we value integrity, teamwork, and commitment, fostering a skilled environment that encourages continuous learning and growth Role Description We're looking for an experienced Accountant to take full ownership of our accounts function — managing the complete invoicing, compliance, and ledger cycle for the business, while coordinating remotely with our operations and dispatch teams. What you'll do
- Invoicing : Generate and process outbound and book inbound invoices.
- Tax Compliance (GST & TDS): Manage end-to-end GST (GSTR-1, 2B reconciliation, 3B) and TDS (deductions, challan deposits, 26Q data preparation).
- Core Accounting in Tally Prime: Own ledger creation, all voucher entries, monthly bank reconciliations, vendor bill processing, and petty cash.
- Reconciliation & CA Support: Exchange monthly Statements of Account (SOA) with vendors/customers, resolve mismatches, and compile data for the CA's periodic filings. What we are looking for
- 2–4 years of independent accounting experience — you must have owned invoice generation, GST filing, and TDS without needing constant supervision.
- Hands-on portal knowledge for e-Invoicing, e-Way Bills, and GST/TDS returns.
- Strong proficiency in Tally Prime (full voucher cycle, reconciliation, and reporting).
- Experience in a manufacturing or trading company is preferred.
- BCom or similar education minimum.
- Self-managed and proactive — you must be comfortable following up with remote teams without being chased. What we offer
