Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jamnagar, for a Swim Instructor. Responsibilities include conducting swim lessons for individuals and groups of various skill levels, designing lesson plans, and ensuring a supportive and protected aquatic setting. The Swim Instructor will also play a critical role in teaching water safety, honing participants' swimming techniques, and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Swim Instruction and conducting Swim Lessons

Solid knowledge of Swimming techniques and Aquatic safety

Experience or certification in Lifeguarding is essential

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to inspire confidence in swimmers and foster a productive learning environment
