Job Description

- Lead HR and administration operations for the manufacturing site

- Manage employee engagement, retention, and workforce discipline

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, the factories Act, and statutory requirements

- Oversee contractual manpower management and contractor coordination

- Partner with the Site Head on people matters and site workforce planning

- Lead and manage a 15-20 member HR & Admin team

The Successful Applicant

Manufacturing/plant HR background, solid compliance exposure. MBA HR preferred (MSW/LLB ok). Hindi mandatory; Gujarati a plus. Willing to work in a remote site setup in Gujarat
