Job Responsibilities :

Purpose of the Role
- To perform workshop services and manage all electrical maintenance activities in order to overhaul, rewind, repair motors during shutdown; test recent & old motors as per requirement while using best in class electrical equipment maintenance practices activities at site in order to ensure seamless and smooth operations while adhering to statutory compliance and organisational policies Key Responsibilities -List of responsibilities attached to the role are documented below. Responsibilities-

Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures Develop test procedures and formats; Standardize and implement best practices and group guidelines for electrical equipment improvement Workshop Maintenance Planning- Assist in preparation of workshop electrical maintenance cost and budgeting and provide inputs for optimization of resources and planning Create maintenance schedules at a daily, weekly and monthly basis for electrical activities in coordination with planning and plant maintenance teams Ensure maintenance KPIs of workshop electrical are met on a weekly basis Plan and Manage all electrical maintenance activities of OSBL Non-Plant areas either connected to Health, human welfare or corporate social responsibility (MAB, MCC, TPA, Guest House, Damka, Mora Healthcare centre) Workshop Maintenance Operat Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mec4g
