- Review existing processes to create and maintain a unified matrix across departments and external partners, ensuring it is optimised strictly to role/job needs.
- Act as the Learning Process Owner, triaging external training inclusions and liaising with document management to improve overall staff qualification efficiency.
- Provide regular training compliance statistics, metrics, and executive dashboards.
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for staff qualification requests, training communications and assessing learning needs from a user perspective. What Do You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- Specific experience designing and maintaining training matrices and staff qualifications within a regulated environment.
- Solid understanding of Regulatory Affairs (RA) processes. What You Will Get
