Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat Department: IT Support Experience: 2 Years Budget: Upto 32k CTC
Key Skills: Provide in office and remote technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, including operating system errors, application problems, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.). Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices. Set up and maintain user accounts, email, and other IT-related services. Assist with software installations, updates, and patches. Support the deployment and setup of new hardware and software systems. Ensure that all systems are running up-to-date antivirus and security software. Manage and maintain asset inventory (hardware and software). Assist with network troubleshooting, ensuring network connectivity issues are resolved efficiently. Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT policies and procedures. Document all support activities and incidents in the helpdesk system, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with senior support engineers and other IT staff to address complex technical issues. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux). Understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications. Familiarity with remote desktop software and helpdesk tools is an advantage.
