Line Quality Inspector (Jamnagar)

- Conduct in-process inspection of brass parts at various production stages (machining, polishing, threading, plating, etc.).
- Check components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, height gauges, and thread gauges.
- Verify dimensions, tolerance levels, surface finish, plating quality, and overall part accuracy.
- Identify defects such as burrs, dents, cracks, improper threads, surface scratches, discoloration, etc.
- Record inspection results in daily QC sheets or digital systems.
- Ensure defective parts are segregated and reported to the supervisor immediately.
- Coordinate with machine operators to maintain consistent quality during production.
- Follow standard quality control procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in root-cause analysis for recurring defects.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of measuring instruments.
- Ensure safety and quality protocols are followed on the shop floor. Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹17,000.00
