- Proven expertise in ceramics and crucible handling, establishing best practices within an industrial setting (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with Total Quality Management (TQM) methods and their implementation in maintenance operations (Mandatory skill).

- Experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

- Lead the maintenance team in the installation, repair, and upkeep of crucibles, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
- Implement and oversee Total Quality Management processes to enhance maintenance operations and product standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and ensure continuous operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine maintenance processes and protocols.
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the maintenance department.
