What does day-to-day life look like?
- Create banking and payments workflow prompts
- Build synthetic transaction, dispute, and reconciliation scenarios
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy and compliance
- Identify issues like failed transfers, fraud false positives, and sync failures Requirements:
- 4–9+ years in banking, fintech, fraud ops, merchant payments, or personal finance
- Experience with Chase, PayPal, Venmo, Mint, or related platforms
- Understanding of consumer banking regulations (Reg E, Reg Z, AML/KYC)
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude Nice to have:
- Experience with Stripe, Square, Cash App, Plaid, or Robinhood
- AI evaluation or RLHF experience
- Knowledge of fintech integrations and data aggregation Perks of Freelancing With Turing:
