Production Supervisor (Jamnagar)

Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Production Supervisor for our brass manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for handling production activities, manpower management, production planning, quality coordination, and achieving daily production targets efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations in the brass manufacturing unit.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning.
- Monitor machine operations, manpower utilization, and production efficiency.
- Maintain production quality standards and coordinate with the QC department.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and machine downtime.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain records.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety practices on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with maintenance and stores departments for smooth production flow.
- Train and guide operators and workers for better productivity.
- Maintain discipline and proper housekeeping in the production area. Required Skills
- Knowledge of brass manufacturing processes.
- Basic understanding of production planning and quality control.
- Ability to handle manpower and shop floor activities.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and team handling capability.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred SAP or any ERP first priority . Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in brass manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Diploma Mechanical or Graduate candidates preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required. Salary Salary will be based on experience and interview performance. Pay: ₹17,000.00
