Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in BPO / customer support / operations preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
