- HR Business Partner Manager Location: Viramgam, Gujarat , Noida , Vallam Vadagal Tamil Nadu Department:** Human Resources What You’ll Do: ✅ Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, forecasting workforce needs and advising on organizational trends ✅ Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts ✅ Drive performance management cycles and align rewards with business objectives ✅ Champion change management and culture-building initiatives ✅ Utilize HRMS and LMS systems for data-driven decision making & compliance ✅ Analyze HR metrics to support strategic business decisions What We’re Looking For: ???? MBA/PGDM in Human Resources with 10-15 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles ???? **Plant HRBP experience in a plant workplace is mandatory** ???? Strong business acumen and strategic partnering skills ???? Expertise in HRMS & LMS implementation and utilization ???? Proven experience in talent and performance management, employee relations, and change management ????
