Human Resources Generalist (Jamnagar)

Location: Jamnagar Experience Required: 3–4 Years Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month Education: Commerce Background Preferred (B.Com / M.Com / Relevant Qualification) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR qualified to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, and payroll activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, strong knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to maintain employee records and compliance efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee documentation including joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Coordinate with accounts department regarding salary processing and statutory compliance.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR files and ensure proper documentation compliance.
- Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling when required.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, and HR policies.
- Ensure discipline and smooth HR operations within the organization. Required Skills
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and HR software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in records.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance will be preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Commerce background preferred.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR operations/payroll.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
