Estimation & Billing engineer- Electrical (Jamnagar)

Position: Billing Engineer Qualification: BE Electrical Experience: 2 yrs Job Location: Remote but need to travel to jmanagar & various other places for billing Joining: Immediately Companies location: Ahmedabad Salary: upto 35 K p.m. Roles Electrical Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing and verifying electrical project bills, BOQ, quantity estimation, and cost control for electrical works. The role involves preparing client billing, contractor billing, and ensuring accurate measurements of electrical installations and project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare RA Bills (Running Bills) and final bills for electrical projects.
- Verify electrical quantities and measurements at site.
- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for electrical works.
- Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and vendor billing.
- Prepare cost estimation and rate analysis for electrical items.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Maintain billing records, project documentation, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely billing submission.
- Check material reconciliation and electrical work completion.
- Ensure billing compliance as per contract terms. Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Electrical BOQ, Billing & Estimation
- Good command over MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP/SAP (if applicable)
- Understanding of electrical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of rate analysis and quantity surveying
- Strong analytical and coordination skills Qualification:
