Job Title: Creative Visual Communication Specialist Location: Ahmedabad, India Function: Design Studio Organization: Zydus Lifesciences Limited. Role Overview We are seeking a mid–senior level Creative Visual Communication professional, preferably from National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, to join our in-house Design Studio. This role goes beyond execution—it demands strategic thinking, refined aesthetics, and the ability to craft high-impact visual narratives for leadership communication. The selected candidate will work closely with the senor leadership, contributing to high-visibility, business-critical communication including corporate storytelling, strategic presentations, films, and brand-led initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of design, leadership vision, and enterprise storytelling. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver high-quality visual communication projects within the Design Studio, across print, digital, film, and experiential formats Partner closely with the top senior leadership to conceptualize and design strategic communication assets such as events, corporate films, keynote decks, and vision documents Translate complex healthcare, scientific, and business narratives into clear, compelling, and visually engaging formats Drive the creative direction for corporate branding, internal communication, and external storytelling initiatives Ensure design excellence, consistency, and evolution of the Zydus brand across all touchpoints Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical, regulatory, HR, and corporate communications Mentor and guide junior designers within the Design Studio, fostering a culture of creativity and quality Stay ahead of trends in visual communication, motion design, and AI-enabled creative workflows Manage multiple high-priority projects with discretion, speed, and attention to detail Required Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Visual Communication / Graphic Design / Animation / Film / New Media from NID Ahmedabad (preferred) or an equivalent premier institute 7–10 years of relevant experience in design studios, creative agencies, or corporate design functions Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, storytelling, films, presentations, and digital design Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, and video production tools Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate leadership vision into impactful design High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to work on sensitive leadership communication Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Attributes Exposure to working with senior leadership or executive offices Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or scientific communication Understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven communication design Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and rapid content creation systems Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution Why Join Zydus Work directly with leadership and contribute to high-impact, strategic communication Be part of a forward-looking Design Studio driving innovation in healthcare storytelling Chance to shape narratives in a globally respected pharmaceutical organization Engage in meaningful work that contributes to science, healthcare, and patient impact Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mv8ay
