AR Caller{Night Shift}, Jamnagar

Role Description We are currently seeking an AR Caller for a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The AR Caller will be responsible for posting charges and payments to patient accounts, resolving billing issues, submitting claims to insurance companies, and following up on outstanding claims. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities - Initiate calls requesting the status of claims in queue. - Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments - Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution. - Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required. - Document actions taken in claims billing summary notes- To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket to make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. - Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOAs to accounts, and making required corrections to claims.- Shall understand and abide by the organization’s information security policy and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets. - Shall report incidents related to the security of information to concerned authorities.
