What You’ll Do:

✅ Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, forecasting workforce needs and advising on organizational trends

✅ Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts

✅ Drive performance management cycles and align rewards with business objectives

✅ Champion change management and culture-building initiatives

✅ Utilize HRMS and LMS systems for data-driven decision making & compliance

✅ Analyze HR metrics to support strategic business decisions

What We’re Looking For:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources with 10-15 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles

**Plant HRBP experience in a plant workplace is mandatory**

Strong business acumen and strategic partnering skills

Expertise in HRMS & LMS implementation and utilization

Proven experience in talent and performance management, employee relations, and change management

Analytical mindset with advisory capabilities

Expereince in Automative Manufacturing is most preferred.
