Information Technology Team Lead (Jamnagar)

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain servers, networks, and overall IT infrastructure. Handle server setup, configuration, upgrades, and patch management. Lead infrastructure migration, scaling, and performance improvement projects. Monitor systems to ensure high availability and minimal downtime. Work with DevOps, Security, QA, and Development teams for smooth operations. Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve critical infrastructure issues. Lead and mentor system administrators and manage team performance. Ensure infrastructure security, access control, and proper documentation. Required Skills Strong knowledge of networking, routing, switching, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, and firewalls. Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows server environments. Experience in server management and virtualization technologies. Good understanding of load balancers and data security practices. Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
