Post: Final Quality Inspector Experience: Min 2 years Education: Diploma in Mechanical Salary: up to 35k KEY SKILLS 1. In-depth Assessment of Finished Goods: Inspect products against technical drawings, including GD&T.; Understand tolerances, critical-to-quality dimensions (CTQs), surface finish requirements, material grades, and fit/function criteria. 2. Knowledge of the use of instruments such as Vernier calipers, Micrometers, and Video Measuring Machines (VMM), with a basic understanding of which instrument is needed for inspection. 3. Maintains detailed records of inspection data, including final inspection reports, Material Test Certificates (MTC) or Test Certificates (TC), torque measurements, and plating information. 4. Records results accurately, including measurements, test outcomes, and pass/fail decisions with batch/serial identifiers. 5. Skilled in identifying defects (documented, visual, dimensional, etc.) and proficient in reporting and documenting quality issues. 6. Software Skills: MS Office (Excel – proficient in formulas, functions, rules, and formatting; PowerPoint; Word). 7. Communication Skills: Clear reporting to warehouse, procurement, or production teams. Ability to coordinate with vendors regarding nonconforming materials. 8. Familiarity with inventory systems, or inspection software.Edit Pay: ₹25,000.00
