Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Training Officer role based in Jamnagar. The Training Officer will design, plan, and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and performance of operational and support teams across facility management services. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses, creating training calendars, preparing training materials and assessments, and facilitating classroom and on-the-job training sessions. The role also involves monitoring training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and recommending improvements to training content and methods.
