Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Customer Support Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering technical support, maintaining effective communication with clients, and performing field service activities. The opening is for our 'Semiconductor division', handling machines involved in Semiconductor chip manufacturing process (Packaging).
