Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator (Jamshedpur)

The Key Responsibilities for this job is mentioned below :
- To make voucher of expenses incurred on different sites and update it in the system.
- To generate Memo,challans and Invoices for the verified bills and update it in the system.
- To maintain the registers and documents of the above job.
- Checking data for accuracy and inconsistencies before entering it, and comparing completed work against the original documents to spot and correct errors.
- Updating existing files, deleting outdated information, and organizing both digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
- Safeguarding sensitive company, employee, or customer information by following strict confidentiality and security protocols.
- Compiling information and generating various reports, spreadsheets, or summaries as requested by management.
- Performing regular data backups to prevent information loss and preserve system integrity. Pay: ₹8,000.00
