We're Hiring | Head– Process Engineering | Automotive (Driveline) Location: Jamshedpur Industry: Automotive / Auto Components (Propeller Shaft Manufacturing) Reporting to: Product Head We are looking for a seasoned Head – Process Engineering to lead end-to-end manufacturing process development and drive engineering excellence across quality, cost, and delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Lead NPD programs using APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA • Drive CAPEX initiatives – machine selection, procurement, installation and commissioning • Develop and validate manufacturing processes • Drive continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and automation • Oversee machining processes – turning, grinding, broaching, and heat treatment• Lead cross-functional teams across production, quality, and supply chain Ideal Candidate: • 10–15 years of experience in Process / Manufacturing Engineering • Strong experience in automotive or auto components (driveline preferred) • Proven expertise in APQP, PPAP, and end-to-end NPD• Hands-on exposure to CAPEX and machine commissioning • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills This is a critical leadership role offering the opportunity to drive large-scale process transformation in a high-impact manufacturing setup.
