Lead and manage a team, taking ownership of technical decisions and deliverables. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to strategic and technical decisions.Evaluate current workflows and implement best practices in model development and deployment. Model Development&Deployment Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions for enterprise applications. Apply advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques in model development. Perform model evaluation, tuning, and optimization to meet performance targets. Handle large datasets, implementing preprocessing, feature engineering, and data quality measures.Leverage cloud-based ML platforms and tools for scalable model deployment. Problem Solving&Innovation Provide solutions for complex technical challenges within the team and across related teams. Continuously assess emerging technologies, methodologies, and frameworks for potential adoption. Professional&Technical Skills: Must-Have: Proficiency in Large Language Models, NLP techniques, model evaluation, and performance tuning. Good-to-Have: Experience with programming languages such as Python and Java. Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms and deployment pipelines. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
