The Key Responsibilities for this job is mentioned below : To make voucher of expenses incurred on different sites and update it in the system. To generate Memo,challans and Invoices for the verified bills and update it in the system. To maintain the registers and documents of the above job. Checking data for accuracy and inconsistencies before entering it, and comparing completed work against the original documents to spot and correct errors. Updating existing files, deleting outdated information, and organizing both digital and physical records for easy retrieval. Safeguarding sensitive company, employee, or customer information by following strict confidentiality and security protocols. Compiling information and generating various reports, spreadsheets, or summaries as requested by management. Performing regular data backups to prevent information loss and preserve system integrity.

Pay: ₹8,000.00
- ₹10,000.00 per month
