Job Role & Responsibilities ???? Machine Operation Operate and monitor machines such as mixing units, calendaring equipment, tyre building machines, and curing presses. ???? Production Support Assist senior operators in loading raw materials, feeding machines, and unloading finished products. ???? Quality Control Inspect products for defects and report deviations to maintain quality standards. ???? Machine Maintenance Perform basic maintenance activities like cleaning and lubrication; report breakdowns to the maintenance team. ???? Troubleshooting Support in identifying and resolving basic machine or process issues. ???? Record Keeping Maintain accurate production records, material usage, and machine performance logs. ???? Housekeeping Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the work area. ???? Qualifications & Requirements ITI Certificate: Welder / Turner / Mechanical / Machine Operator / Electrician / Fitter BA / Normal Graduation (Freshers welcome) Ability to understand technical instructions Good physical fitness and hand-eye coordination Team-oriented with discipline for factory work Willingness to work in rotational shifts Physical Criteria: Height: Minimum 5.5 feet Weight: 50 – 90 kg ????
