Greetings from TCS TCS is Hiring for Network Admin(L2/L3) Desired Experience: 4- 7 years Job Location: Pune/Delhi Job Description: L2 Support Engineer: 1. Provide second-line support for network-related issues. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving Routing and Switching, Palo Alto, Check point, Citrix Net scalar. 3. Manage escalations from the L1 team and resolve them within SLA. 4. Perform routine maintenance and updates on network devices. 5. Configure and support daily tasks and basic firewall rules. 6. Document network issues, solutions, and changes. 7. Coordinate with vendors or ISPs when required. 8. Cisco ASA and Aruba Wireless Network. Soft Skills 1. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. 2. Strong verbal and written communication. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Good understanding of ITIL based Service Management processes. 5.Willingness to work in shifts or on-call rotation (for L2). L3 Support Engineer : 1. Act as a subject matter expert for complex network troubleshooting and optimization. 2. Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level LAN/WAN environments. 3. Manage and secure firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto and Checkpoint). 4. Handle high-severity incidents and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documentation. 5. Lead major upgrades, migrations, and network architecture changes. 6. Provide mentorship and support to L2 engineers. 7. Conduct risk assessments and capacity planning. Soft Skills 1. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. 2. Robust verbal and written communication. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4.
