Role Overview We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact creatives across social media, performance marketing, and our digital platforms. This role is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and perfect for someone who understands what makes Gen Z pause, engage, and convert. Key Responsibilities
• Design engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest
• Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Design website banners, landing page assets, and marketing visuals
• Translate brand voice and campaigns into compelling visual stories
• Stay on top of design trends, internet culture, and emerging aesthetics
• Work closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to deliver impactful creatives
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and campaign performance
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints Required Skills & Experience
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design
• Robust portfolio showcasing social media, ad creatives, and digital assets
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to design for both brand and performance marketing
• Experience working with Gen Z-focused brands or audiences
• Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and meme formats Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
• Familiarity with up-to-date AI-powered design tools (such as generative design, image enhancement, and creative automation tools)
• Robust grasp of digital design workflows and asset optimization for various platforms What We’re Looking For
