Customer Service Executive (Hari Nagar)

Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads or sales over the phone. Strong communication skills and a persuasive approach are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
· Present, promote, and explain products/services clearly
· Maintain a database of customer information and call records
· Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets Requirements & Skills
· Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative, or similar role (preferred)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities
· Basic computer knowledge
· Good listening skills and attention to detail
· Fluency in English and Hindi
