- In this role, you will be a vital catalyst in our journey from 784k to 1 Million Subscribers and beyond. You will own the visual first impression of our brand. Your primary objective is to turn high-level video concepts into click-worthy masterworks, directly driving up our Click-Through Rate (CTR) and unlocking massive organic reach across our platforms. As a result, help grow IML’s social media presence across the web. Location: The position is in our New Delhi office (Saket), and the ideal candidate will be living in the Delhi/NCR region or willing to move to Delhi/NCR. Pay: This is a salaried role and pay will depend on your skills & work experience. That being said, if we find the right fit we’ll be offering competitive salaries. What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need? You have at least 1–3 years of proven experience creating high-conversion Social Media thumbnails for notable channels, creators, or digital media brands. An expert-level mastery of graphic design software, specifically Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator . A profound understanding of visual psychology , color theory, typography, and framing strategies that capture user attention in milliseconds according to Brand Standards. Ability to process constructive feedback, iterate rapidly on multiple variations, and comfortably adhere to tight publishing deadlines. You are deeply obsessed with studying YouTube culture, thumbnail trends, and understanding why people click. You possess an insane attention to detail , ensuring flawless image masking, color grading, and textual clarity across mobile and desktop screens. You have a “whatever-it-takes” attitude , thrive under the accountability of real-time performance metrics (CTR), and love pushing creative boundaries. Some of the Specific Role Functions: A/B Thumbnail Testing: Conceptualize, design, and render 3–4 distinct creative directions for every upcoming long-form video to maximize launch-day options. Visual Packaging: Master asset manipulation, photo manipulation, background extraction, and face-retouching/expression-enhancement to make subjects look sharp, elite, and expressive. Typography & Copy Alignment: Pair striking visual hooks with clean, minimalist font selections that work perfectly with video titles without cluttering the canvas. Asset Management: Systematically source and organize high-quality asset templates, expressions, stocks, and design graphics to optimize design turnaround times. You must be capable of engineering high-retention, world-class thumbnails that match the visual storytelling, framing, and click-intent standards of top-tier global creators like MrBeast, KK Create, Dan Martell, and Jesse James West.
