We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions over calls, explaining products and services, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally

Explain products and services to potential customers

Generate leads and conduct regular follow-ups

Achieve sales targets and close deals effectively

Address customer queries and provide accurate information

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English)

Robust convincing and objection-handling abilities

Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach

Basic understanding of sales techniques

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
