Process Engineering Manager (Telangana)

The Process Engineering Manager will drive process excellence, simplification, operational transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across business functions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support process optimisation, automation, and transformation programmes. Key Responsibilities
- Drive process excellence and re-engineering initiatives.
- Promote Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices.
- Develop and manage Lean Six Sigma training materials.
- Lead Black Belt, Green Belt, and Yellow Belt programme activities including training and communication.
- Conduct Lean Six Sigma training sessions and project coaching.
- Drive productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Support process discovery and data-driven improvement projects.
- Support reporting, dashboards, presentations, and leadership communication.
- Explore automation and AI-led process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Required Skills & Experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/yellow certification is mandatory.
- Strong agile and transformation experience.
- Excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Strong presentation and project management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in quick-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and delivery ownership. Preferred Skills
- Exposure to BFSI / Financial Services domain.
- Experience in Transformation, Agile, Change Management, or Process Excellence initiatives.
