Visual Merchandiser (Telangana)

- Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
- Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
- Be a single point of contact for your respective business and gain expertise on end to end business and strategy context.
- Deliver new tasks flawlessly with 100 % accuracy and timeliness.
- Evaluates processes and make recommendations for improvement; strives for continuous improvement and elimination of non-value added workload.

- Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys for trends and ideas to improve customer conversions.
- Monitor the team in respect of displays change to promote current product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Analysis and monitor window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays on new stores.
- Act in alignment to the organizations culture, products, image and target market.

- Manage budget and track costs and expenses
- Work and collaborate with stake holders & with other staff.

- Identifying and communicating with the stores to convey changes in visual direction, collecting feedbacks, photographs and sending report to VM Head.
- Provide training on a regular basis to regional store staff to ensure that VM standards are being maintained and updated regularly.
- Responsible for ensuring proper VM display through out all the stores by regular monitoring and interacting with store heads & vendors.
- Taking ownership and understand the critical operational issues and deliver timely solution without any gap/delay.
