Duration: 3 Months (On-field) Goal: Push Retail Conversion Projects with Store Teams on field The Mission
- You are the bridge between strategy and the storefront. You wont be sitting at a desk; youll be on the retail floor driving the adoption of high-impact projects that turn browsers into buyers. Your Impact
- Field Leadership: Be present in stores 5 days/week (Sunday-Monday Off) to monitor and coach teams.
- Drive Adoption: Ensure 100% execution of conversion-focused projects.
- Move the Needle: Own the store-level conversion metrics and identify bottlenecks.
- Direct Reporting: Provide "ground-truth" insights to the leadership team.
