Candidate Specification: Minimum 7+ years of experience into Networking (Windows/VMWare Admin). Job Description:
- Windows Server Admin: Windows Server administration in enterprise production environments; solid experience with AD and VMware in production Worked for ITSM
- Strong hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management (ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy), SLA tracking, post-incident reviews, and operational reporting.
- Windows Server and associated services to meet availability, performance, and SLA targets.
- VMware Server Admin:
- Hands-on experience with Hyper-V clustering: Failover Cluster Manager, Cluster-Aware Updating (CAU), Live Migration/Storage Migration, CSV management, quorum/witness configuration.
- Virtual networking concepts: vSwitch design, VLANs, NIC teaming, SR-IOV (where applicable), and integration with physical network teams for end-to-end troubleshooting.
