Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize process systems through simulation and engineering calculations.
Prepare and update technical documents such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs), and equipment datasheets.
Perform hydraulic calculations and line sizing to ensure system integrity and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to industry codes and standards, including API, ASME, and other relevant regulations.
Support project execution phases such as commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, instrumentation, and safety departments.
Recommend process improvements and participate in HAZOP and design reviews.
